Position Overview

Binance is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with a deep background in Java Spring microservices to join the Compliance team. This hybrid role requires fluency in both English and Chinese, and the flexibility to work across time zones. You'll drive end-to-end system architecture, lead cross-functional tech collaborations, and play a pivotal role in scaling secure, compliant systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build Java Spring microservice applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Partner with product managers, project managers, and domain tech teams across the project lifecycle.
• Lead architectural reviews, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.
• Work collaboratively across global teams, adapting to time zone differences as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
• Expertise in Java Spring microservices architecture.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).
• Independent, self-driven, and able to collaborate in a remote/hybrid environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
