About the Role

Binance is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with 5+ years in software development and architecture, specifically in Java Spring microservice applications. The role requires strong architectural skills, excellent communication across teams, and fluency in English and Chinese to collaborate with diverse stakeholders globally. This is a remote role with flexible location and work hours to accommodate international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java Spring microservice applications using strong architectural principles
• Collaborate with product and project managers to lead end-to-end system architecture
• Coordinate effectively across multiple tech teams throughout development
• Translate business requirements into aligned technical solutions
• Conduct architectural reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigations
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Adapt working hours to coordinate with teams across different time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development and architecture
• Proven expertise in building Java Spring microservice architectures
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical topics to non-technical teams
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Comfortable working independently and within a remote, distributed team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
