Role: KAM / Sr. KAM – Channel Success

What You’ll Do:

• Drive partner training and growth activities to boost derivatives trading volumes.
• Improve cross-selling of CoinDCX products through partners.
• Maintain strong partner retention by proactive, high-quality service.
• Manage day-to-day partner relations and respond to queries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, operations, product) for seamless support.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners via email, calls, sharing product updates.
• Stay expert on financial markets, competitor products, and ensure compliance.

What You Need:

• 2-5 years of experience in broking/financial markets focusing on B2B or channel partnerships.
• Strong key account management experience.
• Ability to thrive in early-stage (0 to 1) business verticals with ambitious targets.
• Good quantitative and analytical skills.
• Understanding of crypto and blockchain is a plus.
• Fluent in Hindi and English; additional local language proficiency preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields with relevant experience.
• Passion for Web3, VDA, and a hunger to learn and innovate in the crypto space.
