What You'll Do:

✔ Review onboarding documentation for global institutional clients

✔ Ensure adherence to compliance standards across multiple regions (APAC, MENA, EU, LATAM)

✔ Work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Product teams to improve client experience and backend workflows

✔ Draft business requirement documents (BRDs) and support KYB policy enhancements

✔ Leverage tools like World-Check and Jumio to perform risk-based screening

What You’ll Bring:

✅ 3+ years of experience in Banking (Institutional/Private/Investment preferred)

✅ Solid understanding of offshore structures (e.g., Cayman, BVI)

✅ Familiarity with MAS, HKMA regulations, and KYB frameworks

✅ Strong communication skills to demystify compliance for internal and external stakeholders

✅ Bonus: Data analytics skills and experience with process improvement
