Role Overview:

We are seeking a KYB Analyst (Thai Speaker) to join our Compliance Team at Binance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the client on-boarding process, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure all necessary due diligence and documentation are met. A strong knowledge of compliance processes and regulations, as well as fluency in both English and Thai, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize personal workload, ensuring timely escalation of key risks/issues to management.
• Handle, review, and verify all applications for client on-boarding within available SLAs.
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Partner Teams and clients to obtain necessary supporting documentation for KYC due diligence.
• Proficiently use compliance tools such as World-Check & Jumio.
• Act as a checker to ensure an effective 2-eyed and 4-eyed customer due diligence process.
• Conduct risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews, and enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients.
• Monitor and document unusual activity or AML flags.
• Participate in internal and external AML/CFT training programs.
• Conduct open-source searches on regulatory and public listing statuses.
• Review constitutional documents of corporate clients and related parties.
• Perform translations of corporate documents to English.
• Prepare senior management and MLRO escalation forms, highlighting client risks and red flags.
• Provide feedback on system malfunctions, gaps, and upgrades.
• Detect suspicious and falsified documentation, ensuring manual data entry accuracy.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate onboarding role with solid knowledge of compliance regulations and processes.
• Familiarity with multiple client types, including Non-Operating/Asset Holding Companies, Funds, Partnerships, and Trusts.
• Experience in reviewing AML Policies and Procedures and identifying control gaps.
• Knowledge of Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) and handling reviews of complex KYB cases.
• ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications (or similar) are highly preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations, and standards related to AML/KYC compliance.
• Fluency in English and Thai is required for effective communication with international partners and clients.
