KYB Analyst (Thai Speaker) | Binance – Vientiane, Laos (Remote)

Job Summary

As a KYB Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring Binance’s compliance with Know Your Business (KYB) regulations, conducting due diligence for corporate clients, and verifying customer onboarding processes in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. You'll work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure that compliance procedures are met in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Due Diligence: Handle and review corporate client applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining an efficient onboarding process.
• Risk & Compliance: Perform thorough risk assessments, periodic reviews, and enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients. Conduct AML flag monitoring and document unusual activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal Relationship Partner Teams to obtain necessary supporting documents for KYC due diligence.
• Documentation & Reporting: Review constitutional documents for corporate clients and prepare escalation forms for senior management, identifying red flags and risks.
• Screening & Translations: Conduct World-Check screening and perform translations of corporate documents.
• Compliance Improvement: Provide feedback on system gaps, procedural issues, and offer suggestions for improvements in the onboarding process.
• Training & Development: Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and regulatory standards.

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience: At least 2 years in a corporate onboarding or compliance role with substantial knowledge of relevant rules and regulations.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in reviewing AML policies, understanding various client types, and familiarity with Virtual Asset Service Providers.
• Certifications: Highly preferred candidates with certifications such as ACAMS, CAMS, CCAS, ICA, or other compliance-related credentials.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Thai to communicate effectively with international partners, stakeholders, and customers.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience using compliance tools like World-Check and Jumio.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
