🔍 Role Overview

The KYC COE Specialist will be part of the Center of Excellence team, acting as a key bridge between Operations and Compliance. Your mission: ensure Binance stays ahead of global regulatory expectations while optimizing our KYC operations.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Design, update, and enforce KYC SOPs in alignment with evolving regulatory standards
• Interpret compliance requirements and seamlessly integrate them into workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Product, Operations)
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements
• Provide training and support on KYC standards
• Monitor and react to regulatory changes and crypto industry trends
• Represent Binance in audits and regulatory reviews
• Report compliance metrics to senior management

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 5+ years in compliance, risk, or KYC in fintech, crypto, or traditional finance
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT regulations and KYC best practices
• Proven track record in SOP development, project management, and process optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for innovation in digital assets and the crypto space
