🧩 Role Overview

As a KYC Center of Excellence (COE) Specialist, you will serve as the operational bridge between Compliance and Operations. You'll drive the optimization of Binance’s Know Your Customer (KYC) standards and ensure ongoing alignment with global regulatory expectations. This role demands expertise in regulatory interpretation, SOP development, and process improvement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KYC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Translate evolving regulatory requirements into actionable KYC workflows and SOPs.
• Perform routine reviews of KYC procedures to identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as liaison between Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Product teams for cross-functional KYC initiatives.
• Lead KYC compliance training and awareness programs across departments.
• Monitor and interpret global KYC/AML/CFT regulatory changes and trends.
• Support regulatory audits and internal assessments of KYC processes.
• Deliver insights and performance metrics to senior leadership via structured reports.

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or crypto-related financial services.
• Deep understanding of global KYC and AML/CFT regulations, especially in crypto.
• Proven experience with process documentation, SOPs, and compliance governance.
• Analytical mindset with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
