About the Job

Join Coinbase’s Compliance team to lead global KYC/AML regulatory programs. As a KYC Compliance Program Manager, you'll oversee strategic initiatives, ensure timely delivery of new programs, drive automation, and resolve audit findings, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute global KYC/AML programs.
• Work with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to improve KYC processes while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Launch KYC programs for new products and businesses.
• Create program plans, manage resources, and track deliverables for success.
• Lead meetings to ensure alignment on progress and address risks.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure program success.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of KYC/AML experience in financial services or technology.
• At least 5 years of program management experience.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and risk management.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets.
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in business or finance.
• Experience with cryptocurrency.
• Professional certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CIA, CISA, CICA).
• Familiarity with Google apps, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud.

Salary & Benefits

Pay Range: $157,590 USD - $185,400 USD
