Position Summary:

Binance is seeking a reliable and proactive KYC Lead to oversee its Know Your Customer (KYC) and fraud operations in the Jakarta region. This leadership role is essential to ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and global company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day KYC operations, including ID verification, CDD/EDD, and fraud detection
• Ensure alignment with local regulations and Binance’s global compliance policies
• Coordinate process improvements and policy enforcement with global compliance teams
• Act as the escalation point for KYC/AML-related operational issues
• Analyze risk and fraud trends, and implement mitigation strategies
• Support audits and regulatory investigations when necessary
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a strong culture of compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• 5+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or fraud operations
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage with minimal supervision
• Experience balancing global and local compliance standards
• Interest or experience in the crypto/blockchain space is highly preferred
