Role Summary:

Binance is hiring a fluent Japanese and English-speaking KYC/KYB Analyst to support onboarding and compliance operations for individual and corporate users. This role is vital in upholding AML/CFT standards and ensuring customer due diligence in a fast-paced, Web3-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and resolve client KYC/KYB onboarding cases
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Customer Support teams
• Conduct risk assessments, EDD, and escalate AML flags
• Use tools like World-Check, Liquid, and Kodex
• Participate in training and regulatory updates

Requirements:

• 3+ years of KYC/KYB/Compliance experience
• Solid knowledge of local and international AML regulations
• Strong detail orientation and time management
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Experience in virtual asset regulations is a strong plus
