What You’ll Build

• Web3 Data Lake LLM: Develop models that ingest and reason over massive on-chain and off-chain datasets to generate real-time insights.
• Trading System LLM: Design intelligent trading agents, signal generators, and strategy optimization engines.
• Compliance and Regulatory LLM: Automate compliance, travel-rule enforcement, and on-chain forensics at scale.
• AI-Powered Web3 Applications: Contribute to a range of applications, including customer-service bots, trading-signal dashboards, and more.

Your work will support both internal products and help create entirely new AI-Web3 innovations that could reshape the industry.

Responsibilities

• Model R&D: Architect and train custom foundation LLMs tailored for trading, compliance, and Web3 data.
• Agent Development: Build advanced multi-agent systems combining search, reinforcement learning (RL), and LLM reasoning for real-world tasks.
• Data Engineering: Collaborate on Web3 data-lake design including ETL pipelines, vector stores, and real-time feeds.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in product, compliance, and customer support to deploy models into production.
• Innovation Pipeline: Discover new AI-Web3 use cases, prototype MVPs, and scale them into robust solutions.

Requirements

• Academic Excellence: Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning (ML), AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Research Prodigy: Published in top conferences/journals like ICLR, NeurIPS, ACL, etc., focusing on foundational LLMs, agent frameworks, or reasoning architectures.
• Expertise in Reinforcement & Reasoning: Deep understanding of reinforcement learning, reasoning algorithms, or related paradigms. Bonus points for experience building or extending agentic frameworks.
• Polyglot Coder: Fluent in Python and experienced with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar. Comfortable prototyping new model architectures end-to-end.
• Crypto & Web3 Curiosity: A strong interest in finance engineering, blockchain protocols, on-chain data, DeFi, and regulatory landscapes.
