About the Role

CoinDCX is hiring a Lead Business Analyst for its DeFi arm, Okto, a Web3 orchestration platform powering wallets and SDKs for over a million users. You’ll lead data-driven decision-making across product, growth, and marketing while working at the frontier of blockchain innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead analytics efforts and manage a small team while contributing as an individual contributor
• Drive business insights using SQL, Python/R, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Looker, or Tableau
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments
• Conduct deep-dive user behavior analyses (segmentation, funnels, retention)
• Work cross-functionally with growth, product, UX, and engineering
• Explore blockchain analytics (no prior experience required, but interest is key)

Requirements

• 4–5 years’ experience in business/data analytics
• Strong SQL and scripting (Python or R)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
• Experience with BI & product analytics tools
• Team leadership and mentorship experience
