Location:Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust B2B lead pipeline
- Create and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Research and analyze target markets and buyer personas
- Qualify leads based on buying intent and readiness
- Track lead status and campaign performance
- Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) and use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years in B2B lead generation
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Strong data interpretation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
