As a Lead/Senior Product Manager in our Exchange team, you’ll shape the future of crypto trading platforms by driving product initiatives from concept to execution. What You'll Do:

🔧 Lead and Execute the roadmap for Institutional Trading features and products

💡 Optimize User Experience by refining trading UI/UX for institutional clients

💬 Collaborate Closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams

📈 Develop Key Features like Crypto-as-a-Service, Line of Credit, OTC RFQ, and API trading connectivity

📊 Manage Roadmap Backlog and ensure timely delivery of new features

📋 Engage with Clients to gather feedback and drive product improvements

🎯 Prioritize Initiatives based on market trends and business goals

📚 Stay Ahead of Industry Trends and ensure product relevance in the fast-evolving crypto space

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on institutional trading or prime brokerage platforms
• Proven leadership in building financial products at scale
• Strong UX/UI design understanding to enhance user experiences for institutional clients
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams—engineering, design, sales, and compliance
• A data-driven approach with a passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products
• Understanding of technical concepts and their real-world applications

Desired Skills:

• Experience in crypto-as-a-service platforms, OTC trading, and API connectivity
• Strong aptitude for market awareness and staying ahead of crypto industry trends
