About the Role

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior or Lead Product Manager to take ownership of our institutional trading product suite. This role is ideal for an experienced product leader with strong domain knowledge in crypto trading platforms, prime brokerage, or institutional finance, and a passion for building sophisticated, scalable solutions.

You will work at the intersection of product strategy, UX, engineering, and customer feedback to build a world-class institutional trading experience across the Crypto.com Exchange.

Key Responsibilities

🧠 Product Leadership

• Own and evolve the Institutional product roadmap, focusing on:
• Crypto-as-a-Service solutions
• API connectivity and trading features
• OTC RFQ / ESP capabilities
• Line of credit offerings
• Commercial custody integration

🎯 Feature Definition & Delivery

• Define features and outcomes with detailed product specs
• Partner with engineering and QA to ensure delivery quality and velocity
• Prioritize initiatives with data-informed decision-making and tradeoff analysis

💼 User Experience

• Design institutional-grade workflows and best-in-class UX/UI for high-frequency and professional traders
• Continuously improve based on client interviews, market insights, and behavioral analytics

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with sales, compliance, growth, and marketing to align product vision with business goals
• Facilitate user studies and feedback loops to keep clients at the core of decision-making

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in financial platforms, trading systems, or crypto exchanges
• Deep knowledge of institutional trading workflows, prime brokerage, and financial infrastructure
• Track record of launching high-impact products in fast-paced environments
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, trading protocols, and market structure
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Driven, humble, and always learning — you thrive in ambiguity and solve problems without ego

Preferred Skills

• Experience with crypto-native financial tools
• Fluency in metrics-based product thinking
• Passion for the future of Web3, DeFi, and institutional crypto adoption
