Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute tailored user acquisition strategies to scale in global markets, especially the U.S.
• Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns, refine targeting, and improve performance.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives for new features and ensure smooth execution.
• Utilize platforms like TikTok, Twitch, Discord, and other community spaces to foster engagement.
• Implement ORM strategies to maintain a positive brand image and effectively address user feedback.
• Experiment with virality strategies like referral programs, social sharing, and creative campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and assets.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in user acquisition, ideally in Mobile Gaming, Web3, or Consumer Tech.
• Expertise in performance marketing, A/B testing, and SEO/ASO.
• Experience with TikTok, Twitch, and Discord to drive engagement and acquisition.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like Clevertap, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
