As a Lead for User Acquisition, you'll spearhead global strategies to attract, retain, and grow our user base. This is a high-impact role where your data-driven approach and innovative marketing strategies will shape our brand's presence and loyalty in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute tailored user acquisition strategies to scale in global markets, especially the U.S.
- Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns, refine targeting, and improve performance.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives for new features and ensure smooth execution.
- Utilize platforms like TikTok, Twitch, Discord, and other community spaces to foster engagement.
- Implement ORM strategies to maintain a positive brand image and effectively address user feedback.
- Experiment with virality strategies like referral programs, social sharing, and creative campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and assets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in user acquisition, ideally in Mobile Gaming, Web3, or Consumer Tech.
- Expertise in performance marketing, A/B testing, and SEO/ASO.
- Experience with TikTok, Twitch, and Discord to drive engagement and acquisition.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Clevertap, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
