🧠 About the Role

This is a high-level legal and governance position focused on ensuring corporate compliance, supporting board functions, and navigating legal structures in a regulated financial/tech environment.

You'll be the central coordinator between the board, shareholders, committees, and regulators — especially important since Binance operates globally under regulatory scrutiny.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize board/committee meetings: scheduling, agendas, minutes, resolutions
• Ensure all statutory filings and corporate records comply with Thai and global governance laws
• Draft and review legal documents in both Thai and English
• Maintain confidentiality and internal comms across stakeholders
• Proactively solve governance issues and support with broader strategic needs
• Flex to assist with additional roles beyond company secretary (true startup-style)

📚 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law, Business Admin, or a related field
• 5+ years experience as a Company Secretary in a regulated or public company (finance, tech ideal)
• Strong grasp of Thai corporate laws, SEC rules, and governance best practices
• Fluent in Thai & English, both written and spoken
• Cultural fluency: must be able to work across cultures and shareholder types
• Sharp critical thinker, discreet with sensitive data, and ready for high-pressure situations
