🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Legal team
• Manage document signatures and maintain organized legal records
• Oversee legal billing and act as liaison with the Finance team
• Assist with matter management and vendor communications
• Handle the legal team alias email, reroute inquiries, and track status
• Onboard new legal team members and manage relevant documentation
• Support legal operations projects, data tracking, and team initiatives

🛠️ Qualifications

• 2–4 years of admin or legal operations experience
• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or Business Management
• Solid multitasker with a strong sense of organization and follow-through
• Comfortable in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
• Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and communication skills
