🧭 Team Focus:

Licensing & Operations (Japan Entity)

Ensure compliance, efficiency, and success of product and token launches on Binance Japan while supporting exchange operations and regulatory alignment.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 New Product & Service Launches

Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams
Define/document business requirements and ensure regulatory alignment
Design and implement compliant operational workflows

🔹 Token Listings

Lead token listing process from due diligence to regulatory filing
Prepare documentation and handle regulator reviews and approvals
Oversee post-listing token monitoring on Binance Japan

🔹 Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution

Monitor and respond to operational issues
Investigate root causes and escalate/resolve incidents
Lead process improvements to enhance service delivery and user experience

✅ Requirements:

Strong understanding of crypto/blockchain, including tokenomics and consensus mechanisms
Project management skills in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Business-level Japanese and English proficiency (must read/interpret Japanese crypto regulations)
Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services is preferred

➕ Good to Have:

Familiarity with Japan’s regulatory frameworks, such as:
Payment Services Act (資金決済法)
Crypto Asset Exchange Law (暗号資産交換業)
Electronic Payment Instruments (電子決済手段取扱業)
Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (金融商品取引法)
Understanding of crypto derivatives and global crypto regulations (DeFi/Web3)
