Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product/service launches, ensuring alignment with Japanese regulations.
• Lead token listing processes including documentation, regulatory filings, and risk assessments.
• Manage communication across teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, KYC/Compliance, Legal, IT Security, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, and tokenomics.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
• Familiarity with Japanese crypto regulations preferred.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto is a plus.
