Role Overview

This role centers on expanding Binance’s P2P footprint across Africa, driving growth through local partnerships, community engagement, and regulatory navigation. You’ll be the bridge between Binance and African users, ensuring localized operations and user-centric service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead P2P business operations across Africa, ensuring localized products and smooth functionality.
• Engage with communities and collect user feedback to improve Binance’s offerings.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive P2P transaction volume.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with P2P partners, blockchain communities, banks, and regulators.
• Stay informed on local crypto regulations to align Binance operations with compliance.
• Explore strategic partnerships to boost Binance’s visibility and adoption in the region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or growth roles in crypto, fintech, or financial institutions within Africa.
• In-depth knowledge of African markets, user behavior, and crypto culture.
• Strong network within local communities and blockchain ecosystems.
• Fluent in English and at least one Niger-Congo language (e.g., Swahili, Yoruba, Igbo, Zulu, Shona, etc.).
• Comfortable managing stakeholders, from regulators to grassroots partners.
