We are seeking a talented Logic Design Engineer to join our Azure Core group. You'll be designing hardware that powers millions of users daily, working on custom accelerators that drive performance, scalability, and reliability at cloud scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RTL in SystemVerilog, based on system architecture and customer requirements.
• Develop, simulate, test, and debug your designs on hardware platforms to ensure cloud-scale quality.
• Collaborate with software teams to develop drivers and integrate hardware/software solutions.
• Support deployment and lifecycle of the product in Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field AND 2+ years of relevant engineering experience
• OR
• Master’s degree in a related field
• OR
• Equivalent hands-on experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree AND 5+ years of technical engineering experience
• OR
• Master’s degree AND 3+ years of experience
• OR
• PhD or equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
