Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer (Architect/Lead)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Architect/Lead to design, optimize, and drive the development of our ML platform and algorithmic systems. You’ll lead the team in building robust models that support core business areas such as recommendation systems, user profiling, quantitative trading, and risk control.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and optimize ML platform architecture to enhance model training, deployment, and monitoring.
2. Research and develop core algorithms across recommendation systems, user profiling, risk control, and quantitative trading.
3. Design and enhance feature engineering workflows for improved model performance and data stability.
4. Drive algorithm optimization using A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
5. Manage the full ML lifecycle, ensuring model stability, interpretability, and continuous improvement.
6. Lead and mentor the ML team, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
7. Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to address business pain points with intelligent solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, AI, Math, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years in ML, 2+ years in team leadership
• Proficient in ML/DL algorithms (recommendation, reinforcement learning, NLP, GNNs)
• Skilled in Python, Golang, or Java; familiar with TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Flink, ClickHouse
• Hands-on experience with online inference, model optimization, and acceleration
• Strong grasp of A/B testing and data-driven algorithm tuning
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in crypto trading, payments, KYC/AML, quantitative finance
• MLOps experience: automated training, model monitoring, and deployment
• Familiarity with fraud detection, risk control, precision marketing, and user growth strategies
• Experience in presenting to C-level stakeholders with actionable data insights
