🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🧑‍💼 Team Leadership

• Manage the EWX Coordinator and Specialist team responsible for:
• Employee support ticketing
• Logistics for travel, events, and communications
• Dashboard maintenance and operational health reporting

🏗️ Operational Infrastructure

• Own the tools, playbooks, and rhythms that scale EWX programs efficiently
• Lead change management and GTM for internal initiatives
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Internal Comms, and Program Managers

📊 Impact Reporting & Storytelling

• Define and track success metrics in partnership with People Analytics
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize performance and ROI
• Build communication tools (QBRs, internal updates) that showcase EWX’s impact

✅ What They’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience:

• 7+ years in project/operations management or logistics, ideally within high-growth companies
• Proven leadership in developing direct reports
• Strong track record of process improvement and program scalability
• Ability to analyze data to drive performance and make decisions
• Exceptional organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for internal storytelling
• Adaptability in ambiguous, dynamic environments

Preferred:

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Looker, Google Sheets, and Slack
• Experience with distributed/global teams
• Background in people analytics, internal comms, or change management
