Manager – OTC

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the OTC desk to drive trading volume and profitability
• Source and onboard high-net-worth OTC clients
• Coordinate trade execution, quote broadcasting, and client communication
• Ensure timely fulfillment of internal fund requirements
• Collaborate with Custody and Trade teams for liquidity
• Maintain compliance and operational documentation
• Monitor and report on OTC activities and performance

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in trading support, equities, crypto, or similar
• Prior team management experience
• Strong client handling and negotiation skills
• Deep knowledge of trading strategies and risk management
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
