Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily market operations: liquidity, spread, and depth management.
• Manage relationships with Market Makers and Liquidity Providers.
• Define and monitor key market health metrics (spread, volume, fill rate).
• Implement operational SOPs, monitoring tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams for order book and fee improvements.
• Lead launch readiness for new trading pairs and market strategies.
• Analyze market data and support trading campaigns and OTC operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in market making, liquidity, OTC, or crypto roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Thai and English.
• Knowledge of crypto regulations and financial services preferred.
