Role Summary
The Market Researcher will lead B2B and B2C market research initiatives to support product, marketing, and corporate strategy. This role focuses on generating actionable insights through advanced research methodologies and stakeholder collaboration to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quantitative B2B and B2C market research projects
- Deliver strategic insights for product strategy and market positioning
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Develop and maintain sentiment tracking programs
- Conduct pricing research using methods such as conjoint, Van Westendorp, and Gabor-Granger
- Support and mentor non-research team members on research best practices
- Analyze industry trends, procurement drivers, and buyer behaviors
- Translate research into compelling narratives and data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in market research (or 1–2 years with a relevant graduate degree)
- Expertise in market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity assessment
- Experience with pricing methodologies and sentiment tracking
- Skilled in qualitative methods (interviews, workshops, focus groups)
- Strong presentation and data storytelling capabilities
- Proficiency with SPSS, Stata, R, Alchemer, Qualtrics
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Work Environment
- Hybrid: 3 days in-office (Tuesday–Thursday)
