📣 Role Summary:

As a Marketing Manager for Africa, you will lead user growth and brand positioning across key African markets, with a strong focus on performance marketing, community building, and localized campaigns. You’ll execute data-driven strategies, expand partnerships, and shape Binance’s presence in one of its fastest-growing regions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new user acquisition via content marketing, product launches, influencer/affiliate partnerships, and social campaigns
• Manage and grow local marketing partnerships and oversee marketing spend efficiency
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns, from strategy to performance measurement
• Optimize across paid and organic channels, including app store presence and landing page experience
• Develop and implement retention and lifecycle marketing strategies
• Apply performance/retargeting tactics to deepen user engagement
• Shape Binance’s brand visibility and voice in African markets
• Generate and report on campaign ROI, insights, and strategic improvements
