Job Title: Program Manager, Marketing

Location: San Francisco, CA (Full-Time)

Salary Range: $132,000 – $148,500 USD + equity + benefits

As a Program Manager on the Marketing Operations team, you'll be a key driver of cross-functional alignment and operational execution across revenue-generating teams. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Legal, Comms, and Finance, creating scalable systems and processes that enable smooth delivery of marketing initiatives and strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leadership to define goals and engagement models across GTM teams
• Develop and manage scalable processes to support cross-functional initiatives
• Run complex project plans, ensuring efficient execution across PMM, Sales, and Engineering
• Drive strategic alignment through planning, stakeholder meetings, and status updates
• Facilitate collaboration between revenue teams and marketing for seamless campaign execution
• Build a consistent operational rhythm and reporting for marketing initiatives

What You Bring

• 5–7+ years of experience in program/project management, consultancy, or marketing ops
• Strong ability to organize ambiguity into action plans and decision-making frameworks
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects with diverse stakeholder groups
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive consensus
• Proficiency in tools like Asana, and strong communication/documentation skills
• Strategic thinking and a builder mindset, with hands-on experience developing scalable processes

Bonus Points

• Experience in B2B marketing, advertising, or sales enablement
• Background in consumer tech or agency environments
• PMP certification
