💼 About the Role

As a MENA Financial Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in Binance’s regional financial strategy, ensuring compliance, delivering insights, and supporting multi-country regulatory and tax obligations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where precision meets progress.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports aligned with IFRS and company policies
• Lead management reporting: track KPIs, analyze trends, and support leadership with financial insights
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting including FATCA/CRS submissions
• Oversee reconciliation of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Manage VAT and Corporate tax filings for the MENA region
• Partner with auditors and lead audit readiness and support
• Guide the budgeting and forecasting process
• Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting and operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, legal, tax, and ops teams

🧠 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACCA, CPA, ACA, or CFA certification preferred
• 5+ years in financial reporting, tax, and audit within fast-paced environments
• Expertise in IFRS, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks
• Fluency in Excel and financial systems
• Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication and a proactive, process-oriented mindset
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
