As a Mid/Senior FullStack Engineer, you will help drive product innovation and technical excellence across a variety of decentralized applications and tools. From immersive web platforms and backend APIs to Web3 integrations and gamified demos, this role is a gateway into the heart of blockchain's most exciting developments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-End Development:
• Design, build, and maintain a wide range of projects including:
• Full-stack web applications
• Backend APIs and services
• Discord bots and Unity-based demos
• Web3 & Smart Contract Integration:
• Implement wallet connectivity and smart contract interactions using Web3.js, ethers.js, and MetaMask
• Ensure seamless user experiences and robust performance for blockchain-enabled features
• Collaborative Innovation:
• Work across time zones and disciplines, closely collaborating with global team members
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to push the limits of blockchain interactivity
• Development Lifecycle Ownership:
• Contribute across the entire product lifecycle — from planning and prototyping to deployment and maintenance
• Maintain clean, maintainable, and testable code across front and back ends
• Optional but Valuable:
• Engage in cross-functional development using Unity, Golang, or Rust on high-performance projects

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong Node.js and React expertise
• Proficiency in:
• TypeScript, Redux, ES6+
• HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design
• Web3 technologies (Web3.js, ethers.js, MetaMask)
• Familiarity with:
• RESTful APIs
• Git and modern version control workflows
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

• Hands-on knowledge of Unity, Golang, or Rust
• Experience with decentralized identity, NFTs, or gamified blockchain applications
