About the Role

The role focuses on scaling the ElevenReader app, which gives users access to ElevenLabs’ leading Text-to-Speech technology. As the first dedicated Mobile Growth Marketer, you’ll drive key growth metrics like user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization in global markets. Your efforts will include:

• User Acquisition: Leveraging paid marketing, SEO, and ASO.
• Lifecycle Marketing: Managing campaigns through email, push notifications, and subscriptions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyzing data to inform strategies and understand user behavior.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with Growth, Engineering, and Partnerships teams.

What You Bring

1. Growth and Marketing Expertise:
2. Experience with mobile marketing and consumer subscription products.
3. Strong skills in lifecycle marketing and writing engaging and converting copy.
4. Analytical Skills:
5. Proficiency in SQL and Excel to analyze and communicate performance.
6. Systems Thinking:
7. Deep understanding of customer needs, user segments, and product positioning.
8. Autonomy and Initiative:
9. High ownership, with the ability to work independently and drive results from day one.

Bonus Experience

Mobile Marketing:

• Experience with iOS and Android marketing.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and tools like Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, Braze, and Brevo.
• Experience with MMP systems like Singular, AppsFlyer, or Branch.
