Role Overview:

Lead BI efforts to support merchant experience (MX) strategy by driving data analysis, insight generation, and strategic decision-making. Own dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence business outcomes with data-driven narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and monitor key MX performance metrics
• Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities for merchant experience improvement
• Build insights and stories to guide strategic priorities
• Collaborate with product, operations, automation, and analytics teams
• Mentor data analysts and manage multiple projects
• Present findings clearly to senior management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years analytics experience, preferably in fintech or related fields
• Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) skills
• Familiarity with Python/R and statistics is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think like a business owner and provide actionable insights
