About the Role

Lead Canva’s growth and user engagement in the Nordics by developing and executing a multi-year strategy for user acquisition and revenue growth. Work cross-functionally with regional and global teams in marketing, product, sales, and partnerships to localize the product and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own user growth and revenue KPIs (MAUs, ARR) for the Nordics region
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy
• Collaborate with teams to tailor product, pricing, and content to local market needs
• Lead, inspire, and manage the in-market team
• Manage marketing budgets in partnership with regional leads
• Represent Canva publicly through press, events, and community engagement
• Build and nurture key enterprise, education, government, and partnership relationships

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building markets or brands in SaaS or startups
• Data-driven, focused on KPIs and actionable insights
• Product-focused with ability to translate user insights into improvements
• Experienced public speaker and media representative
• Well-connected with government, corporate, media, or influencer networks
• Strong leadership skills with emotional intelligence and team-building experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Aligned with Canva’s mission and values
