🧩 Role Overview

This role is a technical leadership position focused on managing integration architecture and data orchestration for o9-based planning systems (Demand, Supply, etc.). You’ll ensure seamless data transfer, high system performance, and reliable CI/CD deployment processes across multiple cloud environments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Integration Architecture Ownership
• Design and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure integration frameworks across o9 planning modules.
• Decision Support & Technical Guidance
• Guide integration strategy and performance tuning. Offer solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Inter-Tenant Data Transfers
• Implement secure and consistent data flow between o9 tenants and environments.
• Mentorship & Team Development
• Coach junior developers, review code, and enforce integration development standards.
• CI/CD & Batch Orchestration
• Build robust CI/CD pipelines. Design efficient batch schedules for planning processes.
• Hands-on Technical Leadership
• Troubleshoot integration issues and lead end-to-end SCM solution implementations.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 8+ years in full SDLC, with expertise in big data integration.
• Delivered 2–3 full SCM product implementations as Technical Architect.

Tech Stack Proficiency

• Languages/Frameworks: Python, PySpark, SQL
• Tools: SSIS, Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi (plus), GitHub, Azure DevOps
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Data Tech: Delta Lake, Parquet, JSON, RESTful APIs, HDFS, Hive, Presto

Other Skills

• Experience in high-volume data loads, data validation, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of cloud data quality, source-target mapping, and agile methodology.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and independence in problem-solving.
