Community Moderator (Remote) – Wisdo Health

Are you passionate about creating safe and supportive online communities? Wisdo Health is looking for a dedicated Community Moderator to join our team! This remote role is ideal for individuals who excel in community engagement, online safety, and moderation. You'll ensure that our community remains positive, inclusive, and aligned with our code of conduct while addressing safety concerns and supporting members in crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Safety Moderation

• Perform safety checks using Wisdo’s moderation tools.
• Enforce community guidelines and address safety violations per Wisdo’s protocols.
• Monitor and remove posts that violate Wisdo’s code of conduct.
• Ensure user profiles comply with Wisdo’s community standards.
• Model supportive and compliant behavior for community members.
• Escalate critical situations following Wisdo’s safety escalation policy.
• Provide referrals and resources for users in crisis.

Work Schedule (Part-Time, Remote)

📅 Available shifts:

• 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
• 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (Wednesday - Sunday)

• Contract-based
• $15.00 per hour
