Job Overview:

As an Operational Risk / ERMF Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing Binance’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), supporting country, product, and functional risk initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to influence risk strategy across a diverse, fast-paced, and global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ERMF implementation including policy development, training, and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) creation
• Coordinate risk reporting across business units and board committees
• Consolidate incident data for country-level risk analysis and thematic reviews
• Assist with risk assessments for crypto products and ensure control validation
• Maintain KRI matrices across global/regional risk pillars
• Contribute to Third-Party Risk Management, Incident Management, and Business Continuity Planning
• Prepare risk dashboards and support ad-hoc risk projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operational risk, audit, or financial services
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Familiarity with GRC tools and databases preferred
• Adaptable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
