Role Overview:

As an Operational Risk Senior Analyst for Business Resiliency, you will partner with teams to develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as DORA. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Coinbase’s operations remain resilient in the face of disruptions.

Responsibilities:

• Business Impact Assessments (BIA): Work with first-line of defense (1LOD) owners to develop and maintain BIAs and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for the EU & UK.
• BCP Exercises: Run global BCP practice exercises, including follow-ups and actionable recommendations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) by collaborating with EU entity leads.
• KRI Monitoring: Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) related to operational resiliency.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year of operational resiliency experience in large organizations.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the functions in a regulated financial services business (Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit, Outsourcing).
• Process-Oriented: Strong focus on process development and optimization.
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Prioritization: Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Fusion Framework: Experience with BCM software such as Fusion Framework.
• Passion for Resiliency: A strong interest in building resilient operations.
• Experience in Multinational Firms: Prior experience working in US-headquartered or multinational businesses.
• Industry Expertise: Experience in retail payments, trading, or brokerage platforms.

Compensation:

• Pay Range: £59,400 GBP - £66,000 GBP
• Additional Benefits: Target bonus, equity, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
