Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Card/Pay projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful launches.
• Oversee and optimize operational processes and activities related to card services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze card operations performance metrics in partnership with various teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to card production and services, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Handle escalated and complex card operations issues.
• Oversee timely resolution of card dispute operations.
• Ensure accurate settlements and reconciliation processes.
• Provide ongoing operational support post-project launch in coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant operations experience, preferably in the card/payments domain.
• Experience collaborating with global teams, including product, customer service, tech, risk, and finance.
• Proven track record managing vendor relationships effectively.
