Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist to support Asset Funds operations within our Wallet Operations team. You will coordinate critical internal and external workflows, troubleshoot wallet issues, and help optimize operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet KPI targets
Support the team lead in implementing efficient workflows and guidelines
Monitor and manage all stages of the project lifecycle
Investigate and resolve wallet-related issues, ensuring smooth operations
Analyze business requirements and recommend end-to-end solutions
Evaluate and address user issues, proposing long-term improvements
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the broader team

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Web3 and finance-related roles
In-depth understanding of blockchain and financial trading systems, especially on-chain trading
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally
Self-motivated, responsible, and quick to learn new systems or processes
