About the Role

Binance is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Specialist to support campaign execution for our Web3 Wallet team. You will collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate stakeholders, implement workflows, and optimize campaign performance. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced blockchain environment and drive growth across Web3 operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet campaign KPIs
• Support the implementation of structured workflows and efficiency processes
• Monitor all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure deadlines are met
• Analyze user issues and propose effective solutions
• Assist in campaign performance measurement and reporting
• Handle ad-hoc operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Web3 or finance industries
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report campaign outcomes
• Familiarity with DEX Liquidity Strategy and campaign optimization
• Excellent logical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment
