This role supports Udemy’s B2B sales and finance operations by managing the quote-to-order process, especially for non-standard deals. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant deal processing.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-standard deal approval and processing
• Act as liaison between Sales, Finance, and Legal
• Provide guidance to Sales on deal structure and contract accuracy
• Help optimize deal velocity and reduce sales cycle time
• Assist in process automation and analytics reporting
• Contribute to building operational playbooks and performance dashboards

🧠 Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• 1–2 years in Enterprise SaaS/B2B, preferably in Order Management, Deal Desk, or Finance Ops
• Familiarity with:
• Salesforce (required)
• NetSuite (preferred)
• Revenue Recognition rules
• Salesforce CPQ (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail (critical for order processing & invoicing accuracy)
• Ability to multitask under pressure during peak periods
• Excellent communication & cross-team collaboration skills
