Position: P2P Business Development Manager
Location: Bangladesh
Department: Business Development
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct market research on the local P2P (Peer-to-Peer) industry, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on regulatory developments
✔ Build and execute strategies to attract more P2P merchants and improve liquidity and pricing
✔ Collaborate with the operations team on planning and executing local operational activities
✔ Support the customer service team to resolve local P2P disputes and ensure smooth transactions
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Banking, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field
💼 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in financial payments or cryptocurrency
💱 Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and practical P2P experience is essential
💡 Experience in P2P or OTC (Over-the-Counter) business development is preferred
🌐 Proficiency in English and Bengali (or other local language); knowledge of Chinese is a plus
📊 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
💪 Resilient under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset
⭐ Prior experience as a P2P merchant will be a significant advantage
