Job Description
Position: P2P Business Development Manager
Location: MENA Region
Department: Business Development
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct thorough market research on the MENA P2P landscape, monitor competitors, and stay updated on local regulations
✔ Design and implement strategies to attract and onboard P2P merchants, enhancing liquidity and achieving competitive pricing
✔ Work closely with the operations team to execute local campaigns and initiatives
✔ Support the customer service team by resolving local P2P transaction disputes and improving user experience
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Banking, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field
💼 Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial payments or cryptocurrency
💱 Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, with hands-on experience in P2P markets; growth hacker experience is a plus
🔄 Previous experience in P2P and OTC business development is preferred
🌐 Proficient in English and a local MENA language (Arabic preferred); knowledge of Chinese is a plus
📊 Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
💪 Ability to handle pressure, take initiative, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude
⭐ Prior experience as a P2P merchant is highly preferred
