Job Description
Job Opportunity: P2P Customer Service Representative at Gate (Remote, APAC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide email and chat support to P2P platform users.
- Resolve issues related to P2P transactions and platform use.
- Deliver professional product consultation to users.
- Reassure and guide customers to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
- Collect user feedback and escalate to relevant teams for improvements.
- Notify users about updates to systems or products.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong customer-first mindset; prior service experience preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, execution, problem-solving, and analysis skills.
- Minimum 1 year of bilingual (Chinese-English) service experience in crypto, finance, or exchanges.
- Financial sector knowledge (e.g., stocks, futures) is a plus.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts:
- 09:00–18:00
- 15:00–24:00
- 24:00–09:00 (GMT+8)
