💰 Salary Range: $83,600 – $143,555/year + bonuses, RSUs, and full benefits

✈️ Travel Requirement: 40%–60% (domestic, following safety protocols)

🔍 Team & Role Summary:

This role is part of TikTok's Trust & Safety (T&S) team within U.S. Data Security (USDS). You will lead vendor partner operations related to user support, focusing on performance management, partner accountability, compliance, and service excellence.

You'll be based in San Jose (with coordination to vendor sites in Nashville and Scottsdale) and will help ensure TikTok users receive fast, safe, and high-quality support.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Own vendor performance across trust & safety functions—latency, quality, utilization, wellness.
• Drive continuous improvement through OKRs, strategic planning, and operational metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor partners, ensure clear remediation plans and strong accountability.
• Lead regular business reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and site audits.
• Collaborate with QA, training, finance, and product teams to enhance content moderation performance and training delivery.
• Validate vendor invoices and manage cost efficiencies.
• Perform root cause analyses and resolve delivery risks.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in vendor/operations management, ideally in customer support or BPO environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
• Analytical and Excel/Google Sheets proficient.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional operations and vendor relationships.

• Trust & Safety, contact center, or program management experience.
• Exposure to digital/media or fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong business acumen and a solution-oriented mindset.
