🌍 About Global Travel Rule (GTR)

The Global Travel Rule (GTR) is a key initiative by Binance to ensure compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and Travel Rule regulations, as required by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). The GTR helps bridge traditional finance (TradFi) with the crypto sector, ensuring Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) comply with FATF’s Recommendation 16 on the transmission of customer data.

🧑‍💻 Role Responsibilities

• External Presentations: Deliver presentations to other VASPs or external stakeholders regarding GTR and compliance matters.
• Onboarding & Integration: Assist in the onboarding and technical integration of new GTR members.
• Vendor Due Diligence: Manage vendor due diligence processes for new GTR members.
• Market Research: Conduct market surveys or GTM (Go-To-Market) efforts to promote new GTR features.
• Product Feedback: Provide continuous feedback to GTR’s product development team to optimize solutions.

🧠 Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years in Compliance, Product, or Business Development teams of a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASPs). Experience in institutional account management or sales is a plus.
• RegTech SaaS Background: Experience in Regulatory Technology (RegTech) SaaS would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the FATF Travel Rule regulations and crypto industry compliance.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Interest in Web3 and Crypto: Familiarity with crypto exchange operations and enthusiasm for Web3 technologies.
