🌐 What Is the Global Travel Rule (GTR)?

• Binance’s GTR is a messaging protocol built to ensure compliance with the Travel Rule and AML obligations under FATF Recommendation 16.
• It functions as a crypto-native equivalent of SWIFT, facilitating secure exchange of Originator and Beneficiary data between Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs).
• Launched in 2022, it bridges traditional finance (TradFi) with Web3 by improving regulatory compliance across the crypto ecosystem.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Represent GTR externally: Deliver presentations to external stakeholders and VASPs.
• Support onboarding: Guide new GTR members through technical integration and onboarding.
• Facilitate due diligence: Help onboarded parties meet vendor risk and compliance requirements.
• Support product GTM: Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new features or products.
• Close product feedback loop: Relay market and partner feedback to the GTR product team.

✅ Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Compliance, Business Development, or Product at a crypto exchange or Virtual Asset Service Provider.
• Institutional account management or sales experience is a bonus.
• RegTech or SaaS experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with FATF Travel Rule regulations is beneficial.
• Understanding of the crypto exchange business and a strong interest in Web3.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
