About the Role:

Binance is seeking a Partnerships Associate to support the expansion of its Global Travel Rule (GTR) initiative — a secure, scalable protocol for VASPs to comply with FATF's AML and Travel Rule regulations. This role involves partner onboarding, technical coordination, and relationship management with global crypto service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present GTR to external Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) and partners
• Support onboarding, technical integration, and due diligence for new GTR members
• Assist with go-to-market (GTM) efforts and market surveys for new GTR features
• Provide actionable feedback to the GTR product development team
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, product, or business development at a VASP
• Bonus: background in RegTech SaaS, institutional account management, or sales
• Basic understanding of FATF Travel Rule and AML frameworks
• Familiarity with crypto exchange operations and Web3 trends
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
